Position : Supply Chain Analyst (Entry Level)

Compensation : $21-24 / hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their careers in supply chain management.

You will play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and driving efficiencies across the logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Management & Reporting : Utilize system-based tools to monitor and track real-time sales, purchase orders, forecasts, and channel inventory, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Production Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to manage weekly production confirmations, track purchase orders, and execute aging clearance plans.
• KPI Monitoring : Generate and publish daily and weekly KPI reports to monitor team performance, identifying exceptions and potential issues to proactively drive corrective actions.
• Supply Chain Support : Assist in the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process by providing insightful reports and analysis during weekly planning meetings.
• Ad-hoc Reporting : Respond to urgent reporting requests from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing data in a structured, organized manner.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) is a must; experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
