Job Duties
- Maintain the reliability of the packing and production lines
- Focus on technical troubleshooting and implementation of improvements on the several automated systems onsite.
- Troubleshoot current process PLC program and HMI 6 existing
- Work with other controls engineers and process engineers to accomplish improvements to the existing lines.
- Ensues all duties are completed by the deadline.
- Communicate with colleagues, management, and customers as needed.
- Complies with the rules, procedures and policies as delivered by the
- Mentors any Entry Level Technicians if they need assistance
- Manage and develop project deliverables independently or within a
- Assist in the design of control systems (I / O and Motor lists, P&IDs,)
- Perform on-site startup, commissioning, validate and
- Provide technical competence during project
- Identify changes in scope and notify appropriate team
- Develop approaches to solve problems, handle customer demands, changes, and
- Contribute a broad technical competence to the team, along with superior communication, correspondence, and mediation skills.
- Provides input and resolves issues during the Estimating and Fabrication
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma is Required. Technical education / University Degree in Engineering is preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience with industrial automation described here in specific knowledge.
- Specific Knowledge : (Technical / Product, Organizational and Interpersonal) PLC / HMI
