Your Purpose as a Recruiting Coordinator :

• Planning, coordinating, hiring, and onboarding of employees according to current and future staffing needs within assigned stores
• Responsible for managing all job openings and closings for assigned stores, including auditing requisitions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate and attend internal and external hiring events as well as local community, civic, high school, technical, and college / university events
• Participate in on-going job training as provided by the Support Services Talent Acquisition Team
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

Basic Qualifications :

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
