Asa staff accountant as SBG you will handle a range of financialtasks including managing accounts payable and receivablereconciling commissions preparing financial reports and ensuringaccurate financial records.

• Manageaccounts payable functions including processing invoices verifyingtransactions reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies ontime.
• Handleaccounts receivable duties such as generating invoices postingpayments tracking outstanding balances and following up on latepayments.
• Calculatecommission for payroll processing within setdeadlines.
• Helpmaintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracyin financialrecords.
• Aidin the preparation of monthend and yearend closingprocedures.
• Assistwith the documentation and monitoring of internalcontrols.
• Assistin audits by providing necessary information anddocumentation.
• PrepareACHtransactions.
• Contributeto ongoing process improvements and participate in special projectsasrequired.
• Complieswith federal state and local financial legalrequirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or relatedfield.
• Minimumof 5 years experience in the accountingfield.
• Proficiencyin financial forecasting and analysistools.
• Strongunderstanding of basic accountingprinciples.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
• Strongattention to detail and accuracy inwork.
• Abilityto prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meetdeadlines.
• Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills.

Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimumof 5 years experience in the accounting field. Proficiency infinancial forecasting, and analysis tools.
