Role Compensation : This is an entry level role between $48.5-$65K with room for advancement.
The Role Mission :
The mission of the Operations and Talent Manageris to serve as the hands on resource to the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure that the office and operations get cranked up and rolling every day.
This role is a KEY part of the day-to-day operations. The right candidate should be a self starter with the ability and desire to get things done.
This is a minimum 40 hour role ONSITE at the Corporate HQ in Nashville (not remote).

This role will be a calm in the storm and capable of keeping the team and office operations on track with high quality.
This role will also work closely with the team as an HR Liaison and lead team recruitment and onboarding.
Below are many of the key ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- create a professional yet warm and inviting corporate HQ
- be the face to Clients on the corporate inbound lines
- the on the ground responsibilities of the HQ management
- learn HEOPS processes to Corporate Specifications
- interface with vendors and clients
- maintain supplies and inventory
- review team time and billing to help create invoices
- assist with interviewing and helping to hire an A team
- train and onboard new hires
- Payroll preparation for the accountants, time and billing review, AP / AR
- participate on an as needed basis as a resource in Corporate or Client Projects to drive revenue
- help plan corporate and client meetings and events
- be curious, have fun and help us help others.
EDUCATION : Associates Degree or Higher
EXPERIENCE :
- 3 or more years broad-based experience with some level of office or operations management
- Experience as the primary go-to person for a department or company (accountability)
- Proven experience meeting individual and team goals
- Experience in a pressurized time-sensitive environment and ability to work well in stressful situations
- High level user of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Familiarity with Resource Management, Payroll and HR practices
- Proven Ability to Creatively Problem Solve
- Willingness and Ability to Have Difficult Conversations
- Healthcare, Accounting and / or IT a bonus
- Be the example,proven leadership by your actions
- Strong time management skills
