The Network Specialist position is responsible for providing timely support and troubleshooting for staff hardware and application issues, handling other IT-related service requests, and offering first-level support for network systems.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary, an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a hybrid position – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in IT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
