Job Title : Psych Nurse Practitioner - FLOAT (CA, CO, WA)
Location : Must be located in CA, CO, or WA with the ability to provide cross-coverage in the other two states.
Job Type : Full-time
About the Role :
We're seeking a Psych Nurse Practitioner to deliver services across multiple settings (in-person and virtual) and levels of care.
This FLOAT role offers flexibility and an opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and participate in team meetings.
Assist with admissions, discharge planning, and treatment protocols.
Provide patient and family education.
Mentor medical residents and fellows.
Ensure timely charting and documentation (within 24 hours).
Requirements :
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in CA, CO, or WA.
Willingness to obtain additional licensure in all three states.
2+ years of psychiatric experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
