Ideal candidates are those skilled in accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipping, ensuring they meet specific requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :

• Select and pick products from warehouse shelves or bins according to order sheets.
• Pack orders securely for shipping, ensuring items are protected and organized.
• Inspect items for defects or damage and report any issues to management.
• Use barcode scanners or computer systems to track inventory and order details.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and deadlines.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick and pack, or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret order documents and pick lists.
• Good physical fitness, able to lift and move items of various sizes.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
