Senior Workday Systems Analyst (Compensation and Benefits)

Immediate opportunity for a Senior Workday Systems Analyst specializing in Compensation and Benefits for a leading healthcare organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and strong business acumen, working closely with tier 2 teams to gather and define requirements and performing some configuration tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end Workday Benefits and Compensation processes (Core and Advanced Comp)
- Support Workday healthcare customers
- Gather requirements and liaise with various business levels
- Load EIBs, manage open enrollment, and handle the merit process
- Create test plans and conduct production testing
- Configure business processes and understand Workday business objects
- Implement organizational change management and user adoption strategies
Document processes
Preferred Experience :
- 2+ years of Workday Systems focus experience
- 3+ years of Workday Benefits and Compensation experience
- Hands-on configuration and understanding of Workday processes
- Experience with Workday Healthcare customers
- End-to-end implementation exposure
