Role Overview :
- You will deliver personalized nursing care at pediatric patients' homes.
- You will ensure that patient needs are met and meticulously maintain clinical records in compliance with New York State and Federal regulations, as well as Home Care policies.
- You will be committed to the organization's mission, upholding the highest standards of care, following regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and securing appropriate certifications.

Who You Are :
- Associate degree in nursing; B.S.N. preferred.
- Hold a valid Registered Nursing license to practice in New York State.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in pediatrics
- Home Care experience preferred.
