Adecco is searching HR Coordinator to provide HR support and ensure the execution of day-to-day HR operations and office management at the distribution center.
- Schedule is Thurs-Sun 7 : 30am-6pm Wed-Sat 9am-7 : 30pm Thur-Sun. 11 : 30am-10pm - 100% on-site
- Pay is $22 / hr
- Start ASAP; could be a temp to perm role for the right fit
- Must be commutable to Lake Zurich, IL
You will
- Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
- Assist HR leadership in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center
- Provide training support to all levels of associates
- Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved effectively
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Participate and execute on special projects as assigned
You are

At a minimum, you have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Human Resources, preferably within food manufacturing / production, e-Commerce or start-up environment
- Solid verbal and nonverbal communications skills, good interpersonal skills, coaching and
counseling skills
- Bilingual English / Spanish
