Job Overview : We are seeking both new graduates and experienced RNs to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. Multiple specialties are available, allowing you to find the perfect fit for your skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, noting any changes and responding accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
Qualifications :
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
