Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Service Management professionalsDevelop and implement a Service Management strategy and a three-year roadmap for ITSM and ServiceNowCollaborate with IT leadership and the ServiceNow team to drive service management transformation and continuous improvementRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience (12-14 years in IT Service Management)ITIL Certification - V4 Managing Professional or V3 Expert5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management modules5+ years of experience delivering transformative service management programs5+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams
