OB / GYN; Podiatry; Urogynecology; Urology; Vascular surgery Locums will receive hospital privileges as clinic is tied to hospital
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active AZ License Active AZ DEA Board Certified ACLS BLS PALS / NRP Current CV 3 references
