Description
We're on the lookout for an experienced QA Engineer who has a strong understanding of white box testing and both Automation and Manual testing.

This role will be 100% on-site at our Las Vegas lab.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Build and execute test cases, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.
- Write automation and load tests based on established processes, as assigned.
- May recreate product environments, report testing results, and recommend changes.
- Provide project support, including troubleshooting, defect identification, and enhancements.
- Participate in root cause analysis of development and field defects.
- Comply with change processes required by regulatory entities, providing documented evidence of testing and results.
- Recommend and implement strategies to advance development items through the project delivery cycle.
- Organize testing of hardware and software products, ensuring testing is completed within established time frames.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job :
Qualifications
- Experience in white box and / or black box testing of either gaming or banking / payments product required.
- 5+ years' experience in a quality assurance or software development role; industry experience preferred.
- Experience using quality management tools.
- Experience developing test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Experience with software testing and project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to identify roadblocks and risks and develop solutions.
- Ability to communicate accurate and timely status reports and testing results.
- Proven ability to independently validate product quality.
Nice to have's :
Some experience performing code reviews and regression analysis.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;
licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $81,400- $91,700 annually.
