We are looking for an exceptionallytalented senior software engineer with remote rendering experience to aid inour development of cloud based integrated circuit design software.

Position Overview :
Weare looking for high level C++ software engineers to join our team in thedevelopment of computer aided design (CAD) tools for the design of integratedcircuits (ICs) for the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry.
You will bepart of a group of senior software engineers contributing to new components andalgorithms as well as supporting existing components.
Self-motivation, thedesire to take technical ownership, a results-driven positive attitude andteam-orientation will contribute to your success in this role.
Youwill be responsible for designing, implementing, debugging, and supportinginnovative and diverse features for IC design.
The software frequently involvesrapid user interaction, so careful consideration of the user experience is animportant part of the job.
At the same time, IC design involves massive datasets, so performance considerations are critical when architecting newfeatures.
Challenges will include high-performance data-structures,multi-threading, distributed computing, multi-platform support, andobject-oriented design of C++ software.
Youwill collaborate with quality assurance, marketing, technical publications, andcustomer support to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
You willparticipate in scheduling and estimation of tasks, and assist in defining anddeveloping software development best practices.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, andExperience
JobQualifications
Successfulcandidates will possess the following combination of education and / orexperience :
- BS / MS in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience withobject-oriented C++ software development
- Strong analysis, design andproblem-solving skills
- Knowledge of high-performance datastructures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Principles of developing high-quality,testable, and maintainable software
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills
Preferred Knowledge / Skills, Education, andExperience
Knowledgeor experience in the following areas is a plus :
- IC design principles and EDA design toolsand methodologies
- Multi-threaded and distributed computing
- Techniques for processing high-volume data
This position will besubject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in ArmsRegulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status orobtaining any necessary export license.
