• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience : 3 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Preferred Knowledge / Skills : Demonstrates thorough abilities and / or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as : Inventory, Order Mgmt, Procurement (O2C, P2P);
• Planning (Supply planning, Demand planning, Value chain planning) Warehouse Management (WMS) and able to perform functional configuration and / or technical development, including : Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially in the following modules : payroll, benefits, compensation, Core HR, recruiting and onboarding, time and labor, absence management, and talent management;
• Identifying and addressing client needs : building, maintaining, and utilizing network of client relationships and community involvement;
• Communicating value proposition;Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;Preparing and / or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
• Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;Delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
• and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;Demonstrating proven extensive abilities and success as a team member : understanding personal and team roles;
