Cathy Warren - State Farm Agency, located in Tulsa, OK has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Professional.

T his position will include customer service, sales, front desk, receptionist, research, and any other task assigned by the manager.

You will be working with part-time associates and learning how to step in and assist customers when the original staff member is off.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Schedule : Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm and 30 minutes for lunch

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license
  • Must pass background check
  • High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
  • Experience using Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (ECRM), Policy Center, and Microsoft Word programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
