We are looking for a trusted financial expert for the Ocean Fulfilment organization, who creates value, provides insight and helps steer the business from financial perspective.
This professional will ensure the correct trade-off are made vis a vis financial, operational and customer outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial and Performance Management
Accountable for all cost under assigned trade scope.
Optimize variable cost for corresponding trade scope through cost savings initiatives, cost mitigation drives or value adding sourcing projects.
Drive usage of BI analytics to provide direction / decision support and assess trade-off between cost savings, efficient operations (Vessel schedule reliability and utilization) and customer satisfaction (Service Delivery outcome measures).
Co-drive KPI deployment and target setting in close coordination with head of Ocean Fulfilment and CFO.
Responsible for driving performance management for the relevant services in scope optimizing cost and service delivery outcome KPIs.
Timely identify and correct derailed performance for critical areas through action-oriented framework.
Ensure cost recovery per service with other finance departments.
Drive use of financial models in decision making process for network, port, and other related areas.
Accountable for delivery and follow up of financials (Budget, Monthly and full year process) for responsible trade.
Accountable for Balance Sheet management and control measures.
Partnering
Identifying new creative ways to add value to the organization challenging the status quo.
Drive smooth financial interaction between ocean fulfilment team, commercial areas, regional ocean management and relevant HQ functions.
Actively participate in the relevant FBP global communities to learn & share best-practices as needed.
Lobbies behind the scenes to build support for ideas and solicits the involvement of others to build ownership and buy-in.
Analyse the wider business and political implications when making decisions, including the effectiveness of the outcome .
Impacts decisions through presenting the right set of financials .
Can be a substitute for leaders to drive the business.

We expect you also have :
Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Finance or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (FP&A & Finance Business Partnering).
English language fluency.
Advanced Office skills, Power Bi is a plus.
