Soliant Health is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for an immediate opportunity within a reputable school district in Tolleson, AZ.
This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence for the remainder of the school year.
Job Description :
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational objectives and developmental needs of students within the Tolleson school district.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans.
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
- Collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to design and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of student progress and interventions.
Qualifications :
- Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate productive collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to assess individual student needs and devise strategies to support their success within an educational framework.
