Staff Accountant for a Growing FinTech Firm Hybrid role
This position is for an accountant who has financial services experience and is looking to join a growing FinTech firm that has substantially grown 100% year over year

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant
- Assisting the Controller on Month-end close activities, inputting journal entries into financial statements
- Staying on top of accounting practices & policies and recommending any process improvements or efficiencies needed
- Handling reconciliations, and monitoring Accounts Receivable duties including aging report
- Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Controller of Director of Finance
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Financial Services Experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree is a must
- XERO experience is a plus
