Project Manager, Infrastructure - SLED (Contract)

• 2+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Technical Project ManagerExperience in a Professional Services environment is required (must have led external customer facing projects, not internal operational projects)Prefer candidates with a State / Local Government / Educational background who understand how to read and interpret government contract awardsMust be in the Eastern Time Zone (USA)Knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project managementPMP certification is desiredUnderstanding of financial processes;
• ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports (preferred experience with Clarity)Extensive experience with people management, strategic planning, and change managementProven experience with risk management;

demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to leadershipUnderstanding of and the ability to utilize the process of stakeholder analysisAbility to work independently and aggressively track to project timelinesExcellent documentation skills and attention to detailExperience with MS Office Tools - PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workersExperience in effectively influencing and leading personnel and the ability to write business reports in a well-organized mannerStrong team building skillsExcellent problem solving, and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Proficiency with project management softwareWant to learn more about Infrastructure Services?
