Description
As a Network Targeting Analyst at Parsons, you will work with development teams and mission owners to find and interpret the best data to provide to the customer;
the needle in the haystack of needles. Strong understanding of networks, telecommunications systems, and protocols is required for this position.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Leverage a wide variety of tools to pinpoint relevant information and provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure mission success.
- Work with large datasets, choosing the proper tools to organize and analyze
- Analyze packet data and binary data to extract valuable information
- Interact daily with customers, developers, and other project stakeholders
- Reverse Engineering and / or Protocol Reverse Engineering and / or Device / Network Fingerprinting
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or comparable work experience
- Must have active Top Secret with Poly clearance
- 3+ years of Wireshark or similar network analysis tools
- Fundamental understanding of networks, routers, and protocols (e.g. Ethernet, TCP / IP, etc)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary Range :
