3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 10 : 30 pm - 7 : 00 am As a Seasonal Supervisor, your attention to the small details and strong work ethic will ensure our operations continue to run smoothly.

What you'll do on a typical day : Supervise the efficient daily operations of the department with an emphasis on managing warehouse associates and implementing action plansEstablish and maintain procedures for meeting company and customer commitmentsPromote and implement continuous improvement initiativesTrain, motivate and lead team members within area of responsibilityFacilitate conflict resolution when neededEnforce company policies and proceduresWhat you need to succeed at GXO : At a minimum, you'll need : 2 years of relevant work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt'd be great if you also have : Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience2 years of managerial / supervisory experienceBilingual English / SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceThis job requires the ability to : Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsStand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
