Our Talent Advisor is accountable for :
- Ensuring high level of talent engagement through execution of programs that drive redeployment and retention
- Payroll and / or Compliance actively resolving issues to ensure Talent are paid weekly and remain active in appropriate absence management system
- Flexing within the Talent Care & Fulfillment Team to ensure strong service delivery on behalf of Kelly Education
Essential Skills :
- Understanding of HR / staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required
- Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written
This is a full time role working onsite at a local office in Ft. Lauderdale, FL with office hours of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Education, Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and / or related area of expertise.
Must be able to travel as needed to school, hiring, and / or community events in the local area. US Driver's license in good standing required.
