Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Receptionist Team. You will provide prompt , efficient , courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community.
You must have good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities include :
- Greeting residents and guests
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling resident transportation
- Scheduling guest and party rooms
- Money handling
- General office duties
- Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests
Working Hours :
- Hours with benefits 33-37 hrs per week including Weekends and Holidays
- 5 days per week
- Monday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm
- Other two days a week hours will vary between 7am and 8pm
- Need to have the flexibility to pick up morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
- Days may vary from week to week including holidays
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of receptionist / office experience preferred but not required
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook required
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include : Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
