Acara Solutions is looking for an Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative for our client located in Kennesaw, GA-Daily business functions for a manufacturing company providing equipment and supplies to both domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers.
Invoicing (print, mail, online, credit card)-Maintain records / files of customer transactions-Direct interfacing with customers / prospects by phone and email -Coordinate shipping documents and procedures for domestic and international shipments-International and domestic freight quotes and administration -Administer / Track customer warranty claims / records-All aspects of A / R functionsRequired Skills / Qualifications : -High School diploma or GED-Minimum of 2 years' business experience Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Experience in Manufacturing -Experience in Sage Software-Proficient in Microsoft Office-Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL - shipping procedures (Domestic and International)-Have ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow -Interpersonal skills - Customer Focused -Attention to details and high organizational skills-Excellent communication skillsAdditional Information : Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct, and Aleron's strategic partner, SDI) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
