Mechanic - Trucks & Heavy Equipment

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY : Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on all different makes and models of construction equipment and vehicles.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions.
• We work on all equipment from weedeaters to heavy equipment.
• Experience in all fields is a plus but not necessary.
• Must have the tools necessary to complete jobs
• Ability to work in some adverse weather conditions
• Must be safety oriented
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
• Diagnostic ability
• CDL is a plus
• Must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs
• Oil changes and preventive maintenance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Would prefer three to five years of experience in light duty truck, heavy truck or Construction Equipment Mechanics. Pay depending on experience.

• LICENSES / CERTIFICATES / REGISTRATIONS : This position requires the following licenses, certificates, or registrations to perform the essential job duties or to meet legal requirements to perform this function
• DOT Medical Card
