Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and knowledgable Outside Sales Representatives to join our Roofing & Solar Sales Team in Fresno and surrounding areas! We are even willing to train experienced reps who may not have direct experience in roofing and solar.
All of our reps also benefit from company generated sales leads and the ability to reach additional prospects through our exclusive regional partnership with Americas largest home improvement retailer.
All applicants must be able to participate in a 3 day introductory training in Redding, CA if hired. Position is a base salary with commission.
Responsibilities :
- Take pictures and document residential roof details and basic electrical details
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work outside and climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Reliable transportation / Valid CA drivers license
