Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Transform Lives Through Compassionate Care

Position Overview : This is a role for someone who is passionate about listening, understanding, and providing the right support.
You’ll be conducting client assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a team that values every voice and perspective.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year +full benefits
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services with compassion and empathy.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
