Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager in Monroe NC.
This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.
The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner.

What you will do :
- Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners
- Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards
- Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns
- Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained
- Perform minor repairs
Qualifications Needed :
High School Diploma or GED
5+ year of construction trades experience required.
5+ years of construction experience, residential new construction highly preferred
