- Support and guide management team and employees regarding Company policies, HR programs administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
- Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
- Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Assist in managing employee relations gather data, conduct investigations, report findings
- Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Partner with other internal / external stakeholders to provide and develop the human resource capabilities necessary to achieve business success and align with the business direction
