We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with our industry-leading client in Baltimore, MD.

Rate : $80 - $90 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :
- Facilitate / manage the assessment and the lifecycle of the application portfolio against the backdrop of organizational strategies and business goals.
- Act as the single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale, enterprise-wide projects ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished successfully meeting customer / business needs.
- As a part of this global team, the Project Manager manages multiple projects / programs of various sizes and scope, working with stakeholders from technology and various lines of businesses to achieve quality results.
- Project Managers may also coach and mentor other resources within the project team.
- Manages the implementations of projects for the enterprise from setting up and directing project schedules, iterations, and budgets to monitoring the initiative through delivery or completion.
- Participate in solution delivery continuous improvement activities and communities of practice to address ongoing needs for the project professional community.
- Influences and encourages project teams to focus on rapid value delivery leveraging agile, iterative development practices and agility techniques.
- Tracking the progress against projected savings and business value; understanding how application rationalization effort impacts the company's financials and operations.
- Connecting and aligning through the project mitigating gaps and identifying issues and dependencies.
- Able to appropriately tailor communications to audiences ranging from team discussions to executives in a culturally relevant style.
Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Min 8-12 years related experience.
- Agile certification - Certified Disciplined Agilist or Practitioner or Scrum certifications.
- Practical Agile delivery experience.
- Investment Management / Front Office operations experience.
- Experience working in a large-scale multi-national firm essential; Financial Services industry a plus.
