and current BLS / CPR certification required 3 years experience as Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant preferred Travel to clinics in Reno, Carson City Fernley and surrounding areas required Versed in medical office procedures, front office / administrative expertise Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Proficiency in basic computer programs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Office, and minor database retrieval Ability to learn and become proficient in multiple EMR’s Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ability to perform courteously and professionally in all interactions Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively Chronic Disease management, understanding of HEDIS, preventative health measures, and experience working with a Geriatric Population
