Job Summary :
The Collision Center Estimator / Writer role consists of working with technicians to accurately and ethically write estimates for collision related damage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Examines damaged vehicles;
- Prepares estimates for repair work needed;
- Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair cars needing repair;
- Prepares supplemental estimates for hidden damage;
- Prepares documentation to submit to insurance claims;
- Inspects final repairs prior to delivery;
- Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
Requirements :
- Valid Driving License;
- Acceptable Driving Record;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
