SUMMARY :
AccuformNMC , a Justrite Safety Group company, is hiring a Product Training Manager who focuses on delivering product information, insights, regulations, standards, market intelligence, and opportunities based on the needs of the company’s products in industry.
The Trainer position will develop and present product training programs. You will be involved in the design of the program, and deliver presentations of the courses, so that our employees and sales team, along with channel partners to become knowledgeable on our products, and their applications of use.
This person will also help in the design, build, and maintain our product presentation physical set-ups in Brooksville, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and facilitate training via in-person classroom, and video conference (or recording) to our employees and sales team, along with channel partners.
- Design and develop creative, quality, interactive product learning content for training sessions.
- Ensure all recurring product training programs are up to date on a regular basis to encompass program, product, service delivery, procedural, and technology changes.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to help identify product subject matter to incorporate and cover in the content.
- Create assessments for the training programs by using tests and ratings to measure the effectiveness of the programs, utilizing that feedback to improve or revise the learning content.
- Stay current with regulations, standards, and practices in the industrial safety marketplace.
Requirements
We seek someone with organizational and interpersonal skills who will bring their experience to create and present training programs.
The person has focus and is goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work within timelines and deadlines. And be on the lookout for continuous improvement.
- 3-5 years of business experience or another related field
- Experience in training is a plus professional training certification is an added asset.
- Ability to train different skill-level audiences effectively be it in large or small groups.
- Command the room whether it is literal or virtual with presence of confidence, passion, and interpersonal engagement with the audience.
- Experience in designing technical training course content for physical type products.
- Be able to work with our internal subject matter experts, and consult with external authorities, to establish training standards.
- Utilize building and creation skills to manage projects through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management and analytical skills for effective solutions and decisions.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to training software, along with MS Office Suite.
- Able to travel up to 30%, as needed.
- Experience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and safety products, with focus on Safety-Identification, as they pertain to creating a safe workplace environment.
- Knowledgeable of OSHA and ANSI Safety regulations and standards, along with other regulatory agencies and trade groups for other related standards and guidelines.
