The ODO Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective region.
The ODO Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure best talent for each respective position.
The ODO Recruiter reports directly to the Manager of Recruitment. In this role, you will : - Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent - Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives - Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization - Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed on proper criteria - Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to facilitate efficient inter-departmental communication - Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process - Conduct regular follow up with Hiring Managers and Candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process - Establish a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally - Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Application Tracking System - Develop and maintain relationships in the Security Industry and other relevant groups and organizations to create a pipeline of qualified candidates - Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects The ideal candidate will : - Law Enforcement background required - Have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR or Marketing preferred OR equivalent years of relevant experience - Have 2+ years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience (required) - Have experience using an Application Tracking Systems - Have clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process - Have experience sourcing candidates from various resources and building a diverse network to create candidate pipeline - Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of database management and internet search (Boolean);
proficiency in MAC OS highly preferred - Be willing to travel as needed The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job.
