St. Patricks Home Rehabilitation andHealth Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor forthe Night Shift for our SkilledNursing Facility in the BronxNY .
Duties :
- Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures
- Complete Resident carerequirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providingsupport to Residents and their families
- Provide information to Residents and Staff by answeringquestions and requests
- Maintain safe and cleanworking environment by following procedures rules andregulations
- Maintain Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
- Maintain documentation of Resident care services byauditing Resident and department records
- Maintain nursing supplies inventory and otherresponsibilities as required
Requirements :
- Must hold valid RNLicense
- Long Term Care Experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellentcommunication skills and strong team player
