What We Offer :
- Trainee Pay : $650 / week during your 4-6 week training if you have less than 6 months of experience.
- Experienced Pay : .48 - .61 CPM based on your driving history.
- Bonuses & Extras :
- $65 tarping pay for each load.
- $140 / day for 1-week securement training.
- Benefits Package : Full benefits (medical, dental, 401K, PTO) starting after 30 days.
- Mileage : Drivers average 2,500 miles per week, giving you solid, consistent income.
Who We’re Looking For :
- New Grads & Experienced Drivers Welcome! Whether you're just starting or a seasoned pro, we’ve got the routes and training to get you moving.
- CDL A Holders : Must have graduated from a 120+ hour accredited truck driving school.
- Clean Record : No major accidents, DUIs, or violations in the last 5 years.
- Drug-Free : Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug test.
- Reliable Work History : No gaps in employment (outside school / training) in the last 10 years.
