As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to shape not only your role but also drive adoption of key consumer features to ultimately drive engagement by influencing the product and marketing teams to simplify and improve user journeys with key experiences.
You will be the voice of our pinner products to the market and the voice of the pinners back into the product team, with the ultimate goal of increasing value for Pinner.
What you’ll do
- Drive best in class evergreen in-product experiences, tapping into your market knowledge to help product managers and engineers identify and prioritize the most impactful work.
- Deeply understand target user segments and priority insights (what resonates, when, in which channels) to drive desired behaviors by audience segment to both influence product and guide in-product marketing tactics.
- Develop in-product marketing campaigns and tests to grow user comprehension and adoption of a wide set of features.
- Influence and provide inputs into the Notification, New User Onboarding, and Platform Tooling strategies and execution, with the goal to improve comprehension and engagement of features.
Skills
What we’re looking for :
Exceptional consumer product marketing skills. 8 years of experience in Consumer Tech Product Marketing. Experience leading engagement and retention marketing with in-product notifications, driving product adoption campaigns in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Deeply analytical and comfortable with data-driven consumer segmentation and finding opportunities for growth experimentation.
Entrepreneurial self-starter. Thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, and independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.
Scrappy, creative problem solver who is able to work around constraints to maximize test and learn opportunities. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results-oriented output.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills are required.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to move seamlessly between conversing with engineers, PMMs, or Designers and leading presentations with C-level executives.
- High-energy, positive team player. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners; this is a highly cross-functional role, so a low ego and a high instinct for collaboration are musts.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and influencing decision making through data.
Keen aptitude to scale the team. Help build out processes for a small (but mighty) team. Help build our influence across the organization to tackle each of the above for your coverage area.
This is a contract position at . As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (ProUnlimited) or by an agency partner, and not an employee of .
All interviews will be scheduled and / or conducted by the assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, ProUnlimited or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options, and onboarding details.
