Dentist for Correctional Facility in Maryland

Position Overview :

We are currently hiring seven (7) Direct Hire Dentist positions across multiple locations, including Maryland : Baltimore, Jessup, Eastern Shore, Hagerstown, Cumberland

Philadelphia

New York-( NY is Unionized)

Qualifications :

• Active dental license in Maryland
• Experience or interest in correctional or specialized dental settings
• Proficiency in exodontia
• Excellent communication skills
• Clear background with no arrest charges in Maryland

Responsibilities :

As a valued member of our team, you will :

• Provide top-notch clinical dental services.
• Collaborate effectively with the regional team.
• Report to Les, our dedicated regional director

Working Conditions :

• Flexible working hours (8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm)
• Dress code : Casual or scrubs
• Language requirement : English proficiency
• Willingness to work extra time (5.5 - 6 days if needed)

Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive salary range : base $168,000 - $200,000- for 5 days a week
• Extra overtime is an additional option. They can work as many hours as possible.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401k, and more.
• Eligibility for benefits after 1000 hours

Benefits :

• i.e. Generous PTO / sick days, 2 Paid CME- license renewal fee is not included.
• 401K match, full health, dental and vision insurance.
• We do cover malpractice 3-4k if they’re working full-time or part time and are not working for any other companies.

Additional Information :

• Relocation packages available for qualified candidates
• The state clearance process takes approximately 6-8 weeks.
• Salary is negotiable based on experience.
• No annual bonus : salary negotiation is possible.
• New York position follows unionized conditions.
