COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Surgery - General (GS)

• Salary : Competitive with no on-call and a 4-day workweek (8-hour shifts)
• Sign on Bonus : $15,000 + $10,000 after one year of employment
• Relocation : is available
• CME : $3,500 annually
• PTO : 168 hours a year + Paid Holiday and Sick Time
• Loan Repayment : Available
• Retirement : 401K Program is available
• Other benefits : Available lodging is available while physician looks for a property

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Surgery - General (GS)

• Bread & Butter General Surgery Cases
• 24-hour Emergency Services at both locations
• Surgery : 2 days per week at 2 separate locations + 1 day outpatient and consults
• Established surgical services department
• EMR System is Cerner

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Surgery - General (GS)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Willing to consider physicians with 5 years left to practice
• Will consider Visa Candidates

• Location is less than 3 hours from Reno, Navada or Redding, California!
