Description
Baptist Health is looking for a Home Health Coding Supervisor to join out team.
The Home Health Coding Supervisor oversees the medical coding staff within the home health care division, ensuring accurate and efficient coding of medical records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
This position involves supervising the coding team, auditing records for accuracy, training new coders, and ensuring proper documentation practices to support the billing and reimbursement processes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Health service mgt, healthcare administration, nursing, finance or healthrelated profession
- Home Care Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D) and Home Care Specialist-Oasis (HCS-O) Certifications required
- 3 years experience
