Pregnancy Care Center's (PCC) mission is to save lives and strengthen families. PCC exists to offer hope and help to those facing unplanned pregnancy, many of whom are at-risk youth.
PCC's vision is to foster an environment where everyone can reach his or her full potential. In accordance with the Statement of Religious Belief, the Pregnancy Care Center is a Christian ministry.

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for answering and directing phone calls, scheduling client appointments, and assisting with other front-office operations.
This position will greet clients and guests, creating the first impression of the organization. This position must align with the mission and values of the Pregnancy Care Center (PCC).
Pregnancy Care Center is seeking an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a heart for compassionate service.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in health and human services or business-related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office is required.
WHAT WILL I DO?
- Assist in opening and closing the reception area and center each day.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Maintain client files, including data entry, opening, and closing of files.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as they arise.
- Greet people entering PCC.
- Complete required HR and professional development training.
