CNA / PCA - Immediate Need for Spanish Speaking Caregiver for 24/7 Case

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh has an immediate need for a reliable CNAs or PCAs to provide full time 24 / 7 care for a Spanish speaking client.
This case requires a professional who always arrives on-time and delivers outstanding care. Only the best should apply.
Job Requirements
- A positive attitude and a great personality
- Provide companion and personal care to clients
- Document plan of care requirements and time and attendance
- Input shift availability at least 2 weeks in advance
- Start shift on-time and complete all plan of care tasks
- Notify the Director of Nursing of client changes or concerns
- Provide a safe environment and promote quality care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
- Ensure client's rights are adhered to. These include but are not limited to :
- the right to privacy and dignity while care is being provided
- the right to accept or refuse care
- the right to confidentiality of their information
- Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation
- Use equipment properly and in a safe manner
Qualifications
- Valid NC license (CNA's)
- Current TB Test
- Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA Regulations
- Valid Drivers License and Have Reliable Transportation with Appropriate Insurance
- Display outstanding communication and empathy for our clients
