Working Electrical Foreman

Are you a skilled Electrical Foreman looking for an exciting opportunity? Monad, a prominent provider of heat trace and insulation solutions, is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Working Electrical Foreman for a full-time position.

Location : Colorado, Wyoming

Salary : $43-$50 / hr with $12 / hr per diem

Qualifications :

• Current Journeyman's license in Wyoming or Colorado or be willing to reciprocate.
• Ability to develop a bill of materials and manage material stock.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Adept in maintaining thorough and accurate records through the utilization of an app-based system, a fundamental requirement for the position.

Duties to include, but are not limited to :

• Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications, industry standards, and local / national codes.
• Abide by NEC codes and regulations.
• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit and cable.
• Connects wiring to industrial devices and power equipment.
• Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components.
• Repairs faulty equipment or systems.
• Ability to manage small crews of apprentices.

Safety Qualifications / Certifications :

• OSHA 10 hours or greater - required.
• MSHA - encouraged.
• PEC Safeland - required.
• Forklift and aerial lift equipment certifications - required.

Pre-Employment :

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening along with random testing administered quarterly.
• Potential employees must be insurable and hold a valid driver’s license with experience towing trailers.
