We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Associate in our Milpitas store in this role, you will provide product and service information while efficiently resolving any emerging issues faced by your customer.
Responsibilities :
- Generate sales leads, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, through open and interactive communication, to keep them returning to the store
- Support sales team by helping to process deliveries
- Maintain store cleanliness, store display and warehouse and store
- Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits
- Maintain records of customer’s interactions and contact information, for retargeting
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills :
- Proven customer support experience or experience customer service representative
- Track record of over-achieving in customer service, retail sales, and have an overview of the Milpitas customer’s profile
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to respond effectively to different types of customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Mandarin speaking preferred
