About the Opportunity :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Care Delivery Operations to join our clients innovative team in Los Angeles, CA.
In this leadership role, you will spearhead projects aimed at designing and implementing key components of the care model, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and market leaders to enhance operational processes and drive efficiency.

Position Requirements :
- Master's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in all of the following :
- Vendor Management
- Strategic Initiatives
- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
- 4+ years of experience in all of the following :
- Value-Based Care
- Delivery Operations
- Direct healthcare operations (3+ years)
- Preferred Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following :
- Start-up environments
- PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Model
- Market Expansion
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead major projects in care model design and implementation
- Develop processes and tools to improve participant experience
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with market leadership to refine and enhance operations
- Support the launch of new markets and oversee implementation
- Evaluate and manage vendors for service delivery
- Design initiatives leveraging cross-functional stakeholders
- Build essential functions, capabilities, and playbooks while proactively identifying risks and offering solutions
Schedule and Shift Details :
- Hybrid role, Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Up to 50% travel to markets as needed to support business needs
