Position Details (Multiple positions available) :
- Adult Male Patient
- Acuity Level : G-Tube, Trach, Vent
- Location : Buckeye
- Schedule : Nights, Thursday through Saturday 7pm - 7am
About cases :
This is an adult patient who is seeking care Thursday to Saturday from 7pm -7am. The patient has G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator needs and is considered a mid acuity case.
The family is amazing and kind to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!
We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)
Responsibilities :
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient's condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
