Job Title : Project Management Coordinator
Location : Omaha, Nebraska
Salary : $55-65K plus bonus
Job Summary of the Project Management Coordinator : The Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the execution of small and medium-sized projects under the Project Management Office.
This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities of the Project Management Coordinator :
- Support the achievement of corporate objectives and adherence to policies.
- Coordinate and complete assigned projects within specified timelines and profitability requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including developing detailed project plans, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and reporting within the Project Management Office.
- Initiate, execute, and close out projects using established processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in compliance with PMO and GPMO standards.
- Provide regular project status reports to local and global management.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure project deliverables meet scope and budget requirements.
- Maintain clear and direct communication with customers to manage expectations effectively.
- Communicate customer concerns / issues internally and take appropriate action to address them.
- Effectively handle multiple projects in different markets, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Attend project meetings on-site when necessary.
- Enter orders for assigned projects.

Qualifications of the Project Management Coordinator :
oProficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, SharePoint)
oExcellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
oStrong critical thinking skills to resolve questions and problems related to orders.
oMust have strong organizational skills.
oKnowledge of SAP is a plus.
oBachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
oWillingness to travel up 15% as needed, including potential international travel and / or weekends for project requirements
oEntry-level experience in Project Scheduling, working with MS Project or Primavera
oEntry-level experience in Project Management, focusing on external-facing communication and management (customer service experience or internship experience is acceptable)
oBasic Technical Writing Skills, with the ability to outline work instructions
oModerate Technical Ability, including the ability to read and understand basic design and manufacturing drawings.
oModerate experience in Financial and Business Acumen.
